Meet each Sunday morning in our upper meeting room for —

Pre-Worship Meditation

Are you looking for a way to bring more peace into your life? The Bible tells us that Jesus took time to be alone, away from his disciples and the crowds so that he could meditate, pray, and be closer to God.

Come together for a time of calm and meditation each Sunday morning before our worship service so you can calm your mind and connect with your deep inner self and God.

Led by an experienced meditation practitioner, we spend one half hour learning relaxation exercises and meditating as a group. The doors will close and prayers will begin at 9:15 a.m., ending 15 minutes before the worship service. This program is done on a drop-in basis and all are welcome.

Healing CircleHeal Body, Mind & Soul

Healing Circles have been used to restore a sense of physical health, emotional peace and spiritual serenity for thousands of years. During this ancient practice, Divine healing energy is directed into people in need of healing through others in the circle. This healing energy is deeply restorative, filling those who receive it with renewed peace and well-being.

All are welcome! Please join this interfaith Healing Circle each Tuesday morning at 10:15 in the Upper Meeting Room. Contact Susan Safko at 203-762-3197 with any questions.

Prayer Shawl Ministry….

What is a prayer shawl? Throughout the ages, shawls have come to symbolize shelter, peace and spiritual sustenance. Blessings are knitted into prayer shawls and given to those undergoing medical procedures, as a comfort after a loss, during illness and recovery.

The Prayer Shawl Ministry Team would like to invite you to be part of our ministering to others. Please join us any Wednesday mornings from 10:00-12:00 in the Colonial Room, during the school year. Questions? Please contact the church office at office@wiltoncongregational.org
