I understand that as a participant in Wilton Congregational Church’s summer mission trip to Mississippi, I am expected to behave as an ambassador of the church. As such,

I agree to neither possess nor drink any alcoholic beverages, and to neither possess nor use any illegal drugs;

I agree to neither bring with me nor purchase any items that could be considered weapons, including pocket knives;

I agree to respect the group’s schedule, including curfew times, and will be on time to all activities;

I agree to remain out of any hotel bedroom occupied by members of the opposite gender;

And I agree to follow the requests of all of the adult chaperones.

I also understand that failure to adhere to any of these agreements means that I choose to no longer be an ambassador of the church on this trip, and, therefore, I choose to be sent home at my parent’s expense. Further, I recognize that my failure to hold to any of these agreements will also result in my exclusion from any future trips of the Wilton Congregational Church.

By signing below, I accept these agreements and fully understand the consequences of failing to keep any of them.
